What comes in a Kaause Pet Box

Each box is specially curated with your pets specifications, and contains treats, toys and accessories. We pack our boxes with great care before we ship out. What is Kaause Pet Box

Kaause Box is a subscription box pack with amazing goodies for your pet and human! All of our boxes contain toys, treats, accessories and other special selected products that we are sure you and your tail-wagger will enjoy and love!

Our accessories are hand made with the best fashion forward fabric as well as high quality hardware. All of our toys and treats are sourced from reputable vendors as we believe that your dogs safety is very important to us.

Will I know what comes in the Kaause Pet Box?

We love the element of surprise and we love to surprise you and your pet. We do however want to know what your dog has in mind for boxes in the future or if there is anything your pet didn’t like email us at info@kaause.com to let us know. We will consider all ideas in future and will take immediate action to make changes to your subscription if necessary.

Where are the items made? Are the safe for my Pet?

All of our accessories are handcrafted in Canada. No toys or treats get selected without careful thought and approved by our very own dog residents. We are extremely proud of every box that we send out and we put a lot of time and effort into selection the best and most high quality products so that your pet will not only enjoy it but will also benefit from the joy and excitement each box brings. Expect your pet to be very happy to see our boxes.

What if my pet doesn’t like anything in the box, can I exchange it?

How much does a Kaause Pet Box cost?

Our yearly commitment monthly plan is the best deal. By paying and signing up for full year it allows us to plan ahead of time to make sure the boxes are extra special and we can make larger contributions to our charities that we work with. So, you can rest assured that your subscription will not only benefit your dog but it will also help a pet or human in need. 
1 single box $44.99 USD, annual commitment quarterly sent boxes (billed upfront) $39.99USD, annual commitment bi-monthly sent boxes (billed bi-monthly) $34.99, and annual commitment monthly sent boxes (billed monthly) $29.99.

How do I return a defective item?

Please contact us right away at info@kaause.com and we will replace the defective product. We want to keep open dialogue with all our customers and if there is an issue with any of our products you receive, feel free to drop us a line.

Billing questions

What payment option do I have?

You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or any other type of credit/debit card.

When will I be charged?

You will be billed the same day you sign up and for subsequent billing you will be charged the same day as previous payment. 


For example if you signed up on August 18th then you will be charged September 15th. At the end of your year (12 months) you will be automatically renewed unless you cancel your subscription.

Why was my subscription renewed?

Kaause Pet Box is a subscription service that automatically renews at the end of cycle, same as most services of its’ type. We do this to ensure all members don’t miss a single on our amazing Kaause Pet Boxes. You can email us at info@kaause.com if you have any other questions,

What is the cancellation policy?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have committed for a longer subscription and haves boxes left to receive you will be charged for them, and we will ship the remaining boxes . Then upon completion of your original commitment your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Shipping Questions

Will you let me know when my box will be shipped?

Yes, we will let you know once we have shipped you box. If you do not receive an email between the 15th and 18th make sure you have checked your span folder. You can always email us at info@kaause.com

When will the Kaause Boxes ship?

All of our boxes are shipped out the same time every month they are due, between the 15th and 17th . If you order before midnight on the 5th if the due month, you will get a box for that month. If you order after the 5th then you will get your box the next month our boxes are scheduled to ship.

What happens if my address is incorrect?

No worries, just email us at info@kaause.com and we will take care of it.

My Kaause Box arrived damaged, what now?

Oh no, it happens sometimes as we can’t control how are boxes are handled after we carefully put it together. However, you can email us at info@kaause.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged box.

What should I do If I have a problem with delivery?

If you think you missed your box don’t worry it is probably safe at your local post office. We will send out your tracking information as soon as the parcel has shipped. If you can’t locate your parcel then reach out to us at info@kaause.com

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is FREE with in Canada, International shipping ( we are working to sort this out) will have news very soon.

Subscription Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Does Kaause Pet Box support rescues?

Yes we do! Part of proceeds from the sales of our boxes and products goes to charities to ensure the wellbeing of the pets and pet owners

Can I recommend a rescue for donations?

We love to give back and are always looking to work with different charitable
